At Carpets Loom, we want you to love every product you receive. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
🔄 Return Eligibility
- You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing
💸 Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In some cases, a store credit or coupon code may be issued instead of a refund.1
🚚 Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost packages.
❗ Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to carpetsloomlimited@gmail.com with your order ID and product photos.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
