🧾 Refund & Return Policy – Carpets Loom

At Carpets Loom, we want you to love every product you receive. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

🔄 Return Eligibility

  • You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing

💸 Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  3. In some cases, a store credit or coupon code may be issued instead of a refund.1

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost packages.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email to carpetsloomlimited@gmail.com with your order ID and product photos.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
